Spectrum operates on a fee-for-service basis, but accepts and files claims to insurance carriers and third-party payers as a courtesy to our clients/ customers. Currently, we are in-network providers for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina and its subsidiaries, Blue Choice, APS State Health Plan (South Carolina), Tricare, and Medicaid. Spectrum Family Solutions continues to provide the BEST SERVICE possible and the HIGHEST LEVEL OF CONFIDENTIALITY afforded by law and ethical standards. Please give us a call, if your insurance company is not listed, and we may be able to connect you with one of our competent and confidential associates, who may gladly accept your insurance.
Deductibles, Co-insurance, Co-payments, Pre-authorization, and Referral
Information regarding deductible status, co-insurance, co-payments, and pre-authorization and referral requirements are the client's responsibility. Please be prepared to pay deductible, co-insurance, and co-payment at the start of each visit.
Forms of Payment Accepted
Visa and Master cards (debit or credit), cash, widely-recognized money orders, cashier’s checks from state or nationally-recognized banking institutions, pre-approved personal checks (established clients ONLY), and pre-pay via PayPal through this website. PayPal may provide the highest level of confidentiality and security for your transaction and is more convenient. Just click on the "make payment" tab on the right. You can conduct business from the comfort of your home or your nearest public library. Additionally, you may also pay via telephone, by contacting Spectrum at (803) 238-8852.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled time, you may incur a NO SHOW maintenance fee of $35. Frequent cancellations/missed appointments/no shows may result in termination/discharge of services and referral to another provider of your choice or as recommended by us.
